Presented in collaboration with Connected Canadians. 

Connected Canadians is the nation’s leading digital inclusion charity providing technology training and support to Canadian seniors, fostering digital literacy skills and reducing isolation and loneliness. Through partnerships with senior communities and other senior serving organizations, they provide virtual and in-person workshops and volunteer training sessions.

In this free one‑hour webinar participants will learn how to critically evaluate information, recognize bias or misinformation, and identify fake news online.


Free webinar for Seniors Active Living Centres and OACAO Members/Partners and their staff, volunteers and older adults.

Participation can be done virtually (with live multilingual captioning) or by telephone
