1-DAY MONDAY Conference Package – November 3: Includes: Monday Kickoff and Keynote, Workshop Presentations Networking Sessions, Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Trade Show. (NOTE: Monday Night Dinner is NOT included in the daily fee)
1-DAY TUESDAY Conference Package – November 4: Includes: Keynote Speakers, Plenary Session, Lighting Talks, Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Lunch. Final Registration Deadline is October 23, 2025. New for 2025: Conference Travel Bursary: Due to popular demand, the OACAO Board of Directors has again allocated funds to assist OACAO members traveling from greater distances, facilitating their participation in the conference. The travel bursary aims to subsidize eligible delegates’ travel and accommodation expenses. Please find the eligibility criteria, bursary amounts and other details on the OACAO Conference website, questions can be directed to info@oacao.org.
