The DREAM toolkit offers free on-line training modules to prepare community service providers to understand dementia and support people living with dementia in their facilities, programs, and services. The modules teach about the diversity of dementia, the rights of people living with dementia, the benefits of physical activity and healthy eating, and dementia-inclusive practice for physical activity and mealtimes programs. This webinar will extend the learning of people going through the DREAM training modules. We will discuss case studies of people living with dementia and strategies that may help each unique case participate as valued community members. This experience will help develop a deeper understanding and an action plan for inclusive programs and practices.
