The Ontario Caregiver Organization exists to improve the lives of Ontario’s 3.3 million caregivers, providing information, services and supports to caregivers across Ontario. If you are a family/friend caregiver, work in the health, community or social services sector, or are an employer of caregivers, this webinar will provide valuable information about our free resources, programs, and services for caregivers. Presenters: Shrid Dhungel and Bianca Feitelberg, The Ontario Caregiver Organization

Shrid Dhungel: Shrid is a full time DAD to two troublemakers at home – 4 yrs and 1 yrs of age. In his spare time, he is the Regional Lead for Community Engagement, for the Central Ontario region, including the GTA, at The Ontario Caregiver Organization. He has over 7 years’ experience in Canada in stakeholder and community engagement and in co-design work. He holds a Master in Public Health degree and has worked in global health initiatives in developing countries as well, all prior to him and his family immigrating to Canada.

Bianca Feitelberg: Bianca is a Project Lead with the Strategic Partnerships and Innovation team at the Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO). In her role, Bianca works with caregivers, healthcare and service providers, and other organizations to identify and address caregiver concerns and strives to engage, include and support the role of caregivers across health & service care settings. Bianca has worked in the child and youth mental health sector, as well as hospitals in clinical and planning roles. She has a passion for engaging people with lived experience in the planning and development of programs and services and strives to work across sectors and settings to build strong partnerships that improve the health and well-being of the people she works with.
