Benefits of Creative Aging webinar

Living in an era of longevity compels us to rethink historically accepted notions about aging. Adopting a creative aging framework can reframe our understanding about who may benefit from participating in Senior Active Living Centre programs, the ways in which they might benefit and the specific nature of programs that can be expected to increase social engagement, contribute to skills mastery and enhance well-being. As a result, a creative ageing approach may support building capacity in the centre.
