• Common terms used in computer hardware and software
• Explain common hardware technologies (desktop, laptop, tablet) and where to use them?
• How to evaluate features in each technology to make a purchase decision?
• Cost comparison with respect to hardware, capacity and features

2) Information on various software used on computers

• Common operating systems
• Common social media software
• Office work related software
• From where you can get free or discounted software
• General costs
