Now is the time for volunteer programs to have a seat at the table, have a voice and have a plan to lead volunteer programs through these choppy waters. Volunteer programs have to shift gears in how they engage and support their volunteers. We are seeing a fundamental shift from what is considered traditional volunteering.

This webinar will focus on how volunteer programs need to proactively address the trends that are surfacing and where they need to focus their efforts in both the present and the future. We will look at the shifts in the volunteer management cycle and what processes that can be put into place to ensure a safe and creative way to engage volunteers and work collaboratively within your organizations.

To successfully run any volunteer program, there needs to be a leader of volunteers to help coach and manage the program. Through this webinar, you will come out with some ideas to take back to your team that you can put into place immediately and give you some concepts that you can start to build on.
