Presenter: Claudia Picard-Deland, Sleep Canada
Claudia Picard-Deland is a Neuroscience PhD student at the University of Montreal. Her research is conducted at the Dream and Nightmare Laboratory at the Center for Advanced Research in Sleep Medicine located at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal. Her main interests are the relationships between memory, sleep, and dreaming, as well as sleep disorders and well-being. She communicates sleep and dream science to the public through writing and media interviews, and is an active member of the “Sleep on it” Canadian public health campaign.
