Understanding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

This workshop builds a common understanding of key terms in this work and looks at critically understanding own intersectionality, cultural groups, societal norms as well as assumptions and attitudes that influence individual, organizational and community interactions in relation to diversity and inclusion while uncovering the issues of discrimination and the many isms.
