Making your organization LGBT2SQ Positive
The day will be divided into two sessions.
The first half will be an introduction to LGBT2SQ and health needs with an older adult/senior focus and the second half will cover removing the barriers: making your organization LGBT2SQ-positive.
Areas of discussion will include:

Creating a positive and welcoming work environment for both 2SLBGTQ+ staff and clients

Various strategies such as specific programs, HR policies, Intake forms, signage, brochures, and online images

Samples of inclusive practices and forms to make the organizational space more LGBT2SQ friendly.

Registration starts at 9:30am. There will be coffee and tea available when you arrive. A light lunch will be provided. There is a Green P lot directly across the street.
