Metro Regional Workshop

The day will be divided into two sessions.

The first half will be an introduction to LGBT2SQ and health needs with an older adult/senior focus and the second half will cover removing the barriers: making your organization LGBT2SQ-positive.

Areas of discussion will include:

• Creating a positive and welcoming work environment for both 2SLBGTQ+ staff and clients
• Various strategies such as specific programs, HR policies, Intake forms, signage, brochures, and online images
• Samples of inclusive practices and forms to make the organizational space more LGBT2SQ friendly.

Registration starts at 9:30am. There will be coffee and tea available when you arrive. A light lunch will be provided.
