OACAO 2026 Annual Meeting of Members (VIrtual)

Monday, September 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm EST

Registration closes on September 11 at 4:00pm EST. You will receive login information and meeting documents in advance of the Annual Meeting in a separate email.

OACAO members are invited to participate virtually this year for the 2026 Annual Meeting of Members.

During the Annual Meeting, members will be informed about OACAO business, receive financial statements from the past year, enjoy brief presentations from the OACAO staff team, recognize outgoing Board Members and elect the 2026 - 2027 OACAO Board of Directors.

The 2026 OACAO Award Recipients will be announced at the end of the meeting.

Conference Travel Bursary: The OACAO Board of Directors has again allocated funds to assist OACAO members traveling from greater distances, facilitating their participation in the conference. The travel bursary aims to subsidize eligible delegates’ travel and accommodation expenses. Please find the eligibility criteria, bursary amounts and other details on the OACAO Conference website, questions can be directed to info@oacao.org.

As in the past, the OACAO's 2026 Aging Well Conference will feature an interactive Trade Show, providing OACAO Partners and seniors-serving businesses and organizations with the opportunity to highlight their services and products to Canada's fastest-growing demographic.

On Monday, November 2, 2025, we will host the 2026 Trade Show at the Older Adult Centres' Association of Ontario (OACAO) Annual Provincial Conference at the Hilton Mississauga/ Meadowvale Hotel in Mississauga. The Trade Show will be held inside the Graydon Ballroom.

Building on the success of past events, which featured over 40 exhibitors, our upcoming Trade Show offers a unique opportunity to showcase your products and services. With a growing network of over 275 senior centres and organizations reaching more than 200,000 older adults across Ontario, this event will connect you directly with approximately 175 staff and volunteer leaders working directly with seniors in their Centres across Ontario.

Exhibitor Fees range between $290 and $675 for the 2025 Trade Show (Non-profit $290, OACAO Business Partners $475, and For-Profit Business $675).

Additional fees apply for dedicated electricity and internet connectivity.

Parking is free, and 1-2 lunch tickets are included in each category.
